Everytime I contact them I get fobbed off with them still saying they are waiting for the airline to repay them.

BudgetAir are able to offer me a flight which is almost half the price of the actual airline price. I don't really understand how they are able to do this which is why I am thinking this website will be fake/ or a scam.
